Is Pirsch cheaper than clicks.page?

Yes at 10k and 100k pageviews ($6 and $12 against $9 and $19). At 1M, clicks.page is $49 against Pirsch Standard's $54[1].

What happens if I go over my limit?

Pirsch restricts dashboard access and stops collecting after 5 days[11]. clicks.page never stops collecting: data past your limit is hidden until you upgrade or the next month starts.

Can I import my Pirsch data?

Yes, with Pirsch API credentials, from Settings → Data.
